Joined Nortel in Feb. 2000 from Daewoo Electronics and subsequently transferred to CMASS in July 2010. Holds a Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and a MBA in Business Management. Also holds LEAN qualification and is a six sigma Green belt.

Previous to Nortel held a number of positions in Daewoo Electronics from Engineering to Management across a range of disciplines. Has experience in both high volume, low margin and low volume, high margin industries.

With a background in developing process technology and systems within start-up organisations, before Joining Cmass in June 2014, spent 10 years growing IceMOS Technology in various senior management roles, the last 4 years in charge of Research & Development. Prior to that, he served as Manufacturing manager for 8 years within Analog Devices Belfast and BCO Technology. Holds a MEng in Electronic Engineering and a PhD in Microelectronics.
